Shipping policy

We ship from Dallas, Texas, five days a week, with 99% of all packages going out within 24 hours. We will alert you by email if your package is delayed in shipping for more than 48 hours. We are not responsible for additional shipping costs due to incorrect or incomplete addresses, so please make sure you are inputting the right address.

Most packages are delivered within 3 days of shipping. We can not guarantee package delivery times because that task is handled by USPS. We do not offer next-day delivery of products from our store.
